I hear you. Perhaps I could have worked in some sort of whiskery uncle who drops life affirming advice while fishing up the coast in a tinny and some sort of dog. Actually probably should have done something about smack in Sydney. Or used Nick Giannopoulos and made it about carpet cleaners that are trying to keep a hold of the family business before the bank (Diver Dan as bank manager) forecloses on them. I have an Arts degree. If I don't get a job in the next year, it's basically worth dirt. And not the kind of dirt you gold pan in, i'm talking the kinda dirt drunks have under their fingernails. Nine to five slave wage dirt.

i felt the characters were a little underdeveloped and the narrative lacked a coherent structure...
...but as an Australian film,it's definitely one of the better one's..
